We had a family gathering catered. The food was tasty and plentiful. The service was helpful and friendly. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Occasionally there are places that won't draw you in at first, but the experience is much much more than expected. My sister and brother in law have been before, and she praised the sandwhich freshness and HUGE menu! I found that she was 100% right. For a new customer, it was mildly overwhelming Only in how much to choose from! There are too many salad options (also a good thing) this is just deli ordering so I imagine the more you go here the more you'll enjoy finding you make regular selections! I chose the medium turkey sub, and a side Of the fried zucchini. I would advise not all sides come out hot or are warmed up So I would ask. I didn't see one negative thing at Pino's. The staff is sharp and very pleasant. Lastly, but not least, the portions are crazy! The medium is a large in most places. I will 100% be back because I can't wait to explore more of the Menu!!

meatball sub is amazing! service was prompt and pleasant, definitely my favorite deli find of the last five years. have a full selection of finger foods and common take and go Italian entrees like lasagna, chicken cutlets and meatballs.

Always amazing food and service. Try the shaved steak sub and you won't regret it! Exactly what you would think of walking into an Italian Deli.

The old fashion sub shop at best,I been to Jersey sub,subways etc.and find this best steak,meatballs and Italian food in Rochester,it worth the drive,good people,excellent services from the ladies,a at I had become a regular customer but I still miss Faggiano at Long pond but they close,so this is my new house,great job Pinos!!!!!

Steak subs here make your mouth water. Hands down the best in town. I love their fish fry's too. So much food they give you and never had any issues

Pinos is my favorite place to get Subs and the potato salad is very tasty too - I could actually get one of every thing

Get the steak sub!!!! Add lettuce mayo mushrooms banana peppers and country sweet or boss sauce with provolone and enjoy! Also get the rainbow cake.

To hell with subway come to this place for quality you won't regret it you will not be disappointed

I have only heard good things about pino's. So when I was in the area I stopped by to order a sub. The deli was really busy but the employees were super efficient and friendly. They offer small, medium and large subs. Hot and cold offerings of food from pasta salad to lasagna and on. They have a cold cut counter. They have dessert options to round out the meal. Honestly it was pretty overwhelming all they had to offer which is awesome. I can see myself coming back because they have so much variety that there is something for everyone. I opted for a medium ham sub. The sub was pretty big. I can't imagine the size of the large. The employees were super friendly. The deli is abiding by all covid precautions.
